The first is powder storage. Titanium alloy powder is flammable and explosive. It should be stored away from fire, direct sunlight and sealed at room temperature and in a dry environment. The storage environment needs to be equipped with D-type fire extinguishers to prevent emergencies. If the powder is not stored properly and the fluidity is affected due to moisture, the powder can be put in a vacuum drying oven and heated to 80°C for one hour. After cooling to normal temperature, sieve again to restore its fluidity. The second is personal safety protection. The fine metal powder is easily harmful to human health. For operational safety and physical health, the following protections are recommended in any contact with powder: wear plastic gloves to prevent skin contact with powder; wear a dust mask with protection level above N95; where dust and static electricity Flame-retardant overalls; protective glasses and safety helmets are required for equipment maintenance and powder screening operations.
